Welcome to JFNETWORK App (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, Telegram Mini App, future Progressive Web Apps (PWA), Native Applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by JFNETWORK ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration 1.1. Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. 1.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including linked Decentralized Identity (DID) credentials, Telegram account access, or email logins. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. 1.3. Single Account Policy: To prevent fraudulent activity, each individual user is strictly permitted to maintain only one (1) active account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single user ("multi-accounting") is a severe violation of these Terms.

2. JFTAS and Identity Verification 2.1. Decentralized Identity (DID): The Platform utilizes DID frameworks to verify users. By registering, you consent to the cross-platform secure cryptographic mapping of your identity. 2.2. The JFTAS Security Protocol: Your interactions are actively monitored by the JFnetwork Trust & Antispam System (JFTAS). JFTAS utilizes advanced device fingerprinting, behavioral analysis, and telemetry data to eliminate automated scripts, bots, and malicious entities. 2.3. Dynamic Trust Score: JFTAS automatically computes a dynamic Trust Score for every user. We reserve the absolute right to downgrade your Trust Score, restrict account features, or suspend your account without prior notice if JFTAS flags your account for abnormal, automated, or deceitful behavior.

3. Proof-of-Work (PoW) and Campaign Participation 3.1. Task Fulfillment: Users participate in marketing, promotional, or community-based campaigns by completing designated tasks. 3.2. Verifiable Proof: To successfully complete a task and claim rewards, you must provide accurate, unmanipulated, and verifiable evidence (Proof-of-Work) as required by the specific campaign. 3.3. Fraudulent Submissions: Submitting false screenshots, utilizing automated click-farms, or reversing completed tasks (e.g., leaving a channel immediately after claiming rewards) will result in an immediate forfeiture of rewards, reduction of your Trust Score, and potential account termination.

4. Web2 and Web3 Dual-Landscape Ecosystem 4.1. Multi-Platform Evolution: You acknowledge that the Platform operates as a Telegram Mini App and will expand into Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Native Applications across Web2 (traditional digital frameworks) and Web3 (decentralized frameworks) ecosystems. 4.2. Interoperability: Your account, data, and recorded credentials are built to be interoperable across these deploying ecosystems. We do not guarantee that all features will be available on all devices or platforms simultaneously during deployment rollouts.

5. Intellectual Property Rights 5.1. Platform Ownership: All content, software, graphics, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, and proprietary systems (including JFTAS code, architecture, and logic) are the exclusive property of JFNETWORK or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws. 5.2. User-Generated Content (UGC): By uploading content, reviews, media, or campaign proofs to the Platform, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for operational, marketing, and verification purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct You strictly agree not to:

Bypass, disable, or tamper with JFTAS or any security feature of the Platform.

Deploy bots, spiders, scrapers, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or mimic human behavior.

Engage in any behavior that degrades the experience of other users or disrupts the digital services of our Web2/Web3 corporate partners.

Post or submit any fraudulent, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material during Proof-of-Work submissions.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties 7.1. "As-Is" Basis: The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 7.2. System Disruption: We do not guarantee that the Services will always be secure, uninterrupted, or free of technical glitches during high-traffic infrastructure updates on server or partner networks. 7.3. Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JFNETWORK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your inability to use the platform, loss of data, loss of potential rewards, or adjustments made to your account by JFTAS.

8. Termination of Service We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the entire Platform or specific features (including campaign rewards) at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or exhibit behavior deemed detrimental to our community or business partners.

9. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via announcements inside the Platform application. Your continued use of the Services after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
